Enterprise Fleet Management’s National Service Department has a growing number of expert women technicians looking after your fleet. Working in a male-dominated industry can present unique challenges, with technical expertise needlessly called into question. Myndee Field, a national service department supervisor at Enterprise and Assistant Vice President, Dawn Schremp worked to create “Ms. Fixit” – an employee-led, voluntary community group in the workplace that ensure equality for women employees, fosters diversity, and promotes inclusivity for those working within the technical automotive field.
