The Solution

Enterprise Fleet Management partnered with Calbridge to analyze the fleet and built a plan based on employee needs and expected mileage performance. The plan reduced maintenance and fuel costs while maximizing resale values.

THE RESULTS

By the end of the first year, Calbridge saved $183,869 by replacing 26 vehicles. The fleet was added to Enterprise’sFull Maintenance program, which helped the company budget maintenance expenses and tracks maintenance cycles. Vehicles were sold with lower odometer readings and with the multi-channel resale network from Enterprise, Calbridge realized resale values 17% over their average black book listings.
