THE CHALLENGE
In the fast-paced process of acquiring a number of small home services companies nationwide, Zephyr needed to maintain a rapid vehicle acquisition schedule to support a high level of service.
THE SOLUTION
Zephyr leveraged our Leaseback program, opting to sell its vehicles to Enterprise Fleet Management and lease them back. This way, they still own the equity in the vehicles, but our team holds vehicle titles for asset-back lending. From there, the company could establish a new line of credit, using their resale equity to fuel growth.
